SALARY ADVANCE

This is to drive clarity we are not a banking institution, and we cannot advance loans.  At best employees can request a salary advance to meet their urgent needs (like , medical needs, family emergency  or say house rent) However before salary advances can be considered following must be taken into account: 1-       Advance cannot exceed 50% of net pay   (to ensure u have some money to cater for daily needs) 2-       It has to be recovered within the academic term ( to ensure u become eligible for next advance) 3-       It cannot be asked more than one time a term ( so that other employees get a chance) Please note – Advance request is not a right but a request, it can be declined if cash flows do not allow or for any such reason without explanation. Thank you for you understanding. Regards, HR
