Policy on Transfers

Management, after consulting different stakeholders, have realized that overstay of staff members has resulted in a lowering of performance, indiscipline in few cases and therefore they have come up with a clear policy on the transfer of staff.

Lower (p1-p3/p4)

3 -4 years (4 if you teach upto p4)

3-4 years (4 if you teach from p4)

Please note:

1-   Please note we are counting from 1 year of pre covid and then from Academic year 2022 (Post return from covid).

2-   If you had a change of role in the same station, then the period of new role shall be considered. 

3-   Sometimes transfers are made for performance improvement, wherein management deems it fit that a change of place will help - so it can be earlier as well.

4-    The one-station tenure does not stop a disciplinary case and it need not be deemed as a fixed period of contract.

5-   No Exception shall be made, incase transfer does not work out for an individual he/she can notify and opt for non-renewal.

6-   These transfers will be in three batches – one at end of term 2, another at end of term 3 and the final one in March of following year.

7-   The Director’s decision is final in these matters.
