Dear All,

Part time assignments like acting as workshop facilitators to other schools, marking papers for other schools , taking lessons in other schools are STRICTLY PROHIBHITED.

PRIVATE LESSONS to SCHOOL CHILDREN by any staff during the working term is NOT ALLOWED. 

HOWEVER TEACHER ARE  ALLOWED TO PROVIDE LESSONS DURING HOLIDAYS IN TERM BREAKS.

If it is found out at any stage, it may lead to conclusion of contract.

Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
