KEY WEEKLY MEETINGS AND DAILY CHORES

Administrators /HEADS OF SCHOOL

We expect you to have a weekly meeting with:

1.      Askari’s

2.      Boarding team – Matron/Nurse / Patron/Warden

3.      Staff on operational matters

4.      Meeting on safety and security (security committee)

5.      One-to-One meeting with Head of School on matters pertaining.

6.      Meeting with KITCHEN STAFF

Please endeavor to have simple handwritten minutes and signed by the participants with clear actionable and neatly filed.

 

Also -DAILY

Please keep moving around the campus, classrooms , playground , kitchen, toilets and even around community to have a watch on people and assets.

Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
