ONLINE REGISTERATION OF TEACHERS.

 

Appeal to all teachers

 

Directors and Management wish to appeal to all our teachers to apply online for registration through TMIS as required by Ministry of Education and Sports and submit the COPY OF online acknowledgement received after submission  via email to dashr2022@gmail.com with subject (name_branch_online registration)

Anyone having a challenge with that can also send your letter explaining the challenge on the same email.

Incase you already have the online registration certificate, pls email a copy for our records.

  We look forward to your cooperation.

The expected deadline  for completing this  30th April 2024, but we don’t mind it sooner.

Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
