Annual HR Announcement

 

Following transfers and change of roles have been affected with immediate effect : in Phase 1 of annual HR appraisals :

1- Ms. Lucy Acayo  has been transferred to DAS Bulamu. She will be overall in-charge of the school. 

2- Ms. Patrick Atubo has been transferred to DAS Bukoto as school administrator.

3- Ms. Mongusho Fiasan has been promoted to Head Teacher - DAS Mbalwa -Naalya.

4- Ms. Magezi Paul will be now working with Directors on Educational Excellence as Education Officer.

Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
