  Daily Routine Work of Heads of school Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-        Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds and to Askaris. 2-        Anchor the morning stand up meeting, ensure teachers provide oral and quick synopsis of their work for the day and issue necessary instructions if any. 3-        First checking – move to each class – check teacher is in class, teacher has the teaching material- lesson plans, TLMS, students are seated, classroom environment is ok, chalk board organization and classroom environment is fine  4-  Post response to morning broad cast from directors office. 5-        Observe   1 or   2 lessons ( b4 lunch) 6-        Review – Review fee, operational status and others with the secretary. 7-  ...

  A- Matrons ====================================== 1-      Use English at all times – no vernacular. 2-  Be firm with children – though no beating or abusing 3-  No relationships with any staff -   2 warnings only 4-  Know your work and don’t let others stop you from doing your work- ask your supervisor if not clear. 5- No movement outside the school for any purpose- unless there is an approval sought from warden or secretary for this – 2 warnings only 6-  No personal interactions with parents- all communications with parents have to be via administration (warden or school secretary) – 2 warnings only
