Category 1 :  Staff having children who are yet to start school ( 19)

= check their plans

= if they are willing to bring them this term

·       Registration is off

·       Fee shall be only for 4 weeks ( out of 12)

·       Uniform needs to be bought

·       Fee and uniform total = can be paid in installments ( max 2)

Category 2: Staff having children in other schools but willing to give us ( 50?)

= check their plans

= if above 7 years ( offer and show value of Kireka boarding)

= if below 7 years – check what is stopping them form enrolling

Category 3:  Staff having school going children but *not sure* about giving to us

= check what is the reason

= if the reason is financial – check how we can enable them

= if reason is their own uncertainty – gives a good starting point on how to retain them if they among those performing well.

Category 4 - no children for us ( no aciton)

Update on response spread sheet - 

add on category / and then current status - as discussed. 

We shall revisit the progress in a weeks time  - next monday
