Ways of Work : Support Staff

 

A- Matrons

======================================

1-     Use English at all times – no vernacular.

2- Be firm with children – though no beating or abusing

3- No relationships with any staff-  2 warnings only

4- Know your work and don’t let others stop you from doing your work- ask your supervisor if not clear.

5-No movement outside the school for any purpose- unless there is an approval sought from warden or secretary for this – 2 warnings only

6- No personal interactions with parents- all communications with parents have to be via administration (warden or school secretary) – 2 warnings only

Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
