Signatures by authorized person ONLY

Dear All  (Heads of School/Admins), Any official letters , resignation letters, notices or any such thing  should not be signed or  even acknowledged by  *ANY OF YOU*. If you get any such thing from anywhere, keep them and organize to send the over to head office to the directors.  You need to clearly state that you cannot acknowledge or sign but will ensure that it reaches the right offices for appropriate action. Kindly do not exceed your authority as all these things are technical and  HAS legal implications. Thank you. Management 

HR POLICY ON RETURNING EMPLOYEES

 Dear All, We have noted tendency of some staff members looking for opportunities and then when they find things tough other side they want to come back.  Please note much as we would want to welcome all employees who want to return back, it is a cooling of period of 2 years post their exit that they should make an application. Allowing people back as soon as they have exited sends a wrong signal to LOYAL and STABLE employees.  As you would appreciate learners expect continuity of teachers and this kind of going and coming is not good for any one.  Therefore it is important that you think , communicate well before you take decisions. Only HIGH FEE PAYING schools can equal or better our salaries and facilities . We are confident that WISE members would think twice before being RASH Thank you, HR 

STAFF CHILDREN DISCOUNT

  Biological child bursary 7/3/24 Dear All, I am sure we are all grateful to the director’s bearing bursary expenses for our children and for those who are utilizing these approved bursaries both in day and boarding you must be settled on account of this.  Please note this is a in-kind privilege that some of us enjoy. However, let us support our director  by bringing in Birth Certificate or Baptism card, clearly showing the name of the parents, which will act as proof of your biological child. Send these to Mr. Medard via your admins. This must be done before next salary disbursement (that of march) by 31 st March.  Those failing to produce will need to contact accounts for full billing.
