Social Media Policy for Staff (Administrators, Teaching Staff & Support staff) Purpose This policy outlines the guidelines for school staff's use of social media, ensuring that online interactions are professional, respectful, and align with the school's values. Scope All types of employees, all sorts of communication and all social media tools (X, WhatsApp, Facebook & Tiktok) Guidelines 1. Social media presence: present yourself as an individual not as a representative of the school. Views expressed be owned and you’ll be held accountable. 2. Usage: for all communications, ONLY handwritten physical letters will be acceptable. Alternatively you may use the official work emails. 3.
