Enrolment and Community Outreach & Leaves

Dear All, We have done a very ordinary job of community outreach this term, therefore we must all work together to ensure we give our 100% to reach out to parents, who historically have still enrolled in term 2 to  make up for it. Therefore, we do not expect any staff to be absent from this crucial exercise.   All study leave and personal leaves are not approved (unless there is someone who has got it pre-approved at time of recruitment). In case you still insist- please consider for approval of leave without pay. Thank you for always thinking about the progress of your schools. Please note we need positivity and a progressive mindset of progress. Human resources.

Infant children

  Infant children o Infant children who have not enrolled for day care at DAS are not allowed to be in school. o All teachers are expected to focus on their work and not have the babies moving behind you with each activity – in classroom , staff room, play grounds, clubs. o Heads of School – please enagage such staff and let this practice be stopped. o Too much security risk and distraction.             Management    

POLICY ON STUDENT TEACHER

  Policy on Student Teachers We welcome student teachers – both for NTT & PRIMARY at our schools to practice as required. The process is making an application along with written statement of purpose and declaration to abide by the rules of the organization.  This has to be sent to dashr2022@gmail.com or brought to HR coordinator. An Oral interview will be set , followed by placement   be done. Thanks

  LANGUAGE OF CARE   AND RESPECT TOWARDS PARENT Dear All Much as we wish to collect school fees, it is important to have a language which is accommodative, respectful, and yet firm. Let us not act as debt collectors, we are customer service people, and we need to have the language of service – articulate, firm and clear. Your success is not only in collecting the fee but also collecting fee while the parent is still positive and likes the school. Read this very carefully and model your behaviour. Thank you so much, HR
