LANGUAGE OF CARE  AND RESPECT TOWARDS PARENT

Dear All

Much as we wish to collect school fees, it is important to have a language which is accommodative, respectful, and yet firm.

Let us not act as debt collectors, we are customer service people, and we need to have the language of service – articulate, firm and clear.

Your success is not only in collecting the fee but also collecting fee while the parent is still positive and likes the school.

Read this very carefully and model your behaviour.
