INTERNAL STAFF – MEMO                                                                       15/08/2024

Important dates to note:

i)               Term closure for all children - Saturday 17^th August, 2024

ii)              Western Uganda Tour - 18^th – 21^st August, 2024  (Select staff to go)

iii)            P7 MOCK; - Thursday 22^nd – Friday 23^rd August, 2024  (Supervised  by select staff)

iv)             Marking and submitting of KCCA MOCK – 23^rd August & submitting WAKISO MOCK for marking.

v)              Holidays for ALL STAFF (SCHOOL TEAMS except premium) – Sat 18^th Aug – Wed 11^th Sept, 2024.

vi)             SEETA & MBALWA STAFF HOLIDAYS (Premium)– Sat 18^th Aug – Mon 2^nd Sept, 2024. HM & Admin will continue to work until 24th. 

vii)           HOLIDAYS FOR HEAD OFFICE STAFF – Sat 24^th Aug – Mon 2^nd Sept,2024

NOTE:

i)               ALL HEAD OFFICE staff are expected to be available should be required: either physically or virtually.

ii)              Specific P7 teachers will be called on 8^th September for the P7 Workshop at DAS Mbalwa : these will come along with their children.

iii)            ALL STAFF not going on Upper primary tour will go on their holiday immediately the term closes.

iv)             P7 STUDENTS who haven’t gone for tour, must come to Mbalwa on Thursday 22^nd Aug – early in the morning to write their MOCK papers. Respective Head teachers must come with their children. These children will spend a night and go back on Friday 23^rd August, 2024 when exams are done and start holidays.
