I request one and all - when you decide to pick up the phone and call the directors close to midnight – please know that we are also human beings and have a private life.

If there is something very urgent and cannot wait until morning – you drop a message and then wait for a response.

Director is available from 8 am to 8 pm for calls .

CEO  works from 8 am to 5 pm only, like any other employee,  Sort your issues before that.

Also reminding you whom to make the first call:

Ø  Operations matter (repair /security/yaka/water/food) – call Jignesh

Ø  HR / Academics – call innocent

Ø  Transport = call Abdu

Ø  Fee /Discount /Advance/code = call medard

Ø  Uniform/Stationary – call Sunday

Ø  Payments – call Joel

Support office people r there to support you.

If they don’t respond within a reasonable time, then only reach us – inbox first before call.

Please note your urgency does not correspond to everyone’s urgency.

Pls note – only   in case of compliance /legal – you need to call us directly.
