Head of School
Key Deliverables:
1-
Supervise teaching and learning to meet DAS
Quality Standards.
2-
Ensure staff are accountable for assigned duties.
3-
Always ensure upkeep of campus infrastructure.
4-
Work on building relationships with the
community stakeholders.
5-
Ensure all policy implementation on a 100%
basis.
6-
Ensure all school programs are implemented in
line with Network policies.
7-
Neat Record keeping for all that is being done
at school.
8-
Assist in ensuring progress of the
branch holistically.
9-
Effective communication in line with network policies.
10- Constantly
learn and put best practice in effect in their branch of concern.
Head of Schools – Report to the Head of Academic Accountably and Teacher Progress however they work
with different department at support office to achieve their deliverables.
All teaching staff at schoolwork under director supervision
of the head of school.
Please note:. The support
staff work under direct supervision of the school administrator. School administrator
is responsible for all tasks carried out by support staff and have deliverable
for which they are independently responsible.
Head of School have an overarching responsibility towards delivery
of all teaching staff, support staff and the school administrator, however they cannot over
rule any policy matters under any circumstances.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors or Advanced degree in Education
Minimal Grade 5
EXPERENCES
Minimum 5 years in a leadership position in a school setting
Must have headed a school for at least 3 years.
Must have worked in school.
PREFERENCE
Female candidates are preferred for the role.
Must be 35 plus years.

Remuneration and Benefits
Cost to Company - Ugx 1,000,000 to 2,000,000
Insurance after confirmation
Offer to educate one biological child as per policy.
Any other as per company policy.
