Social media presence: present yourself as an individual not as a representative of the school. Views expressed be owned and you’ll be held accountable. 2. Usage: for all communications, ONLY handwritten physical letters will be acceptable. Alternatively you may use the official work emails. 3. Daily Routine Work of School Secretaries

  Monday to Friday Morning to Evening 1-      Move around to check on cleanliness of the campus – classrooms, offices, kitchen, dorm s, playgrounds. Issue necessary instructions to support staff. 2-      See off the transport – that it has left in time to pick children 3-      Receiving children in the morning with teachers  on duty  4-      Receive teachers in the morning , ensure they sign , send teacher   attendance 5-      Ensure kitchen is in order and breakfast , lunch ( & dinner) is on schedule. 6-      Move around the classes to check on students, take student attendance and send. 7-      Call parents of children who are absent and check why it is so. 8-      Update your fee trackers ( morning) 9-      Call parents for fee as per the action tracker. 10- Su...
