Directors' Message to All Teachers on Teachers' Day -2023
Dear BELOVED Teachers
OF DAS -NETWORK,
As directors, coming from a family of teachers, *teachers first* has been our approach at Dream Schools Network.
POST Covid recovery has been a challenge
for the network, and this was compounded by challenges which were internal in nature and you are very well aware!
Even though the situation still remains challenging and we still need to continuously exercise a great fiscal balance all the time, good news is we are ticking
a number of things right, namely :

Delivering quality education at all our schools
ü
Skilling our learners via – real 21st
century education.
ü consistently delivering at PLE Front - this year too, we shall!
ü
Our operations – feeding, transport and repair
and maintenance has been smoother than before.
ü
Payroll and compliance have been streamlined –
on time is the new song!
ü
Our Leaders (HMs /LCs/ Admins/ DOS) are more
active than over!
ü
The support team at CEO’s office is more
responsive than they were before.
ü
Directors are ever listening and doing all they
can within the limitations – 24x7.
ü MOST There is more happiness and satisfaction all over the network.
In light of that, as we take massive strives and prepare for a grand celebration in future years, on Teacher’s Day, for this year we have decided to facilitate all teachers, based on their seniority in the network via a token appreciation.
This token
may seem to be small or big depending upon how you see it – but please remember,
we have given it our best shot without getting into extravagance in these tough
times!
We hope you will enjoy this appreciation with peace of home
and in spirit of happiness with your family.
